We can replace a bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed if purchased directly from DAOU Vineyards. We cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. Please contact the retailer directly if you encounter any issues.
To return a faulty item, please contact us within 1 year of purchase to arrange for the return or refund of your wine. We ask that you return the unfinished wine along with the cork of the original bottle together. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and replacements.
We reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who are attempting to abuse the policy or do not meet the mandatory criteria.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns.
